Are your toys new or used?

All our toys are genuine, brand new, along with the original box and instructions.

How long does it take to receive my order? 

Domestic orders (USA orders) are generally shipped within 1 business day. Orders received and processed before noon EST will ship out the same day. Free standard shipping you should expect to wait about 2-6 business days to receive your order. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped so that you can track it online and see when it is going to arrive.

Do you ship internationally? 

Currently we do not ship internationally, international customers stay tuned; we are working on future international shipping options.

Do your toys come with a warranty?

What is your return policy?

 Do I have to pay tax?

All items shipped within the state of New York will be charged NYS sales tax. Sales tax is not applicable on orders shipped anywhere outside of New York.

If I send back an item because it is no longer needed or found a defect, will I get a refund on my shipping?
