Return Policy

 

At Dime and Nickel, customer satisfaction is our priority, we strive for only happy customers and smiling children! If for any reason you are not completely pleased with your purchase and would wish to return your item, we offer a 30-day return policy (from the purchase date) with money back guaranteed. 

Please bear in mind the following:

  • Your order number is required for any warranty claim.
  • This warranty does not apply to goods purchased from a non-authorized dealer or reseller.
  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as you received them – in their original packaging, with no missing parts. 
  • If you paid for and received expedited shipping services, we cannot refund those charges. 

Any return not meeting the above criteria will be assessed a restock and return charge of 50%. 

We reserve the right to refuse a return entirely, if we find the item returned is extremely damaged, missing main parts, or packaging. 

REPAIRS & REPLACEMENTS: 
Dime and Nickel warranties the products it sells to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. 

Did your item stop working, broke or is malfunctioning? With our 90-day repair/replacement policy we will repair your item to a condition that is as good as new or replace the item for you. All we need from you is your order number and an explanation of what went wrong.

‎You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item to us.

REFUNDS: 
Once your return is received and processed, a refund will be applied to your original payment method. 

If a refund fee is assessed, or we refuse the return as outlined above, we will notify you by email, and you will be responsible for the shipping charges to ship it back to you. Any item not claimed by you will be discarded after 30 days. 

GIFTS: 
If you receive an item as a gift, we will refund the one who made the purchase, or we can email you a coupon for the value of the item returned. In all cases we need an order number to process a return.
